Bringing the crunchiest fried chicken with the Sichuan heat
Sichuan Fry is part of the Dumpling Shack Group owned and run by John and Yee Li. It started as a one off pop up during the lockdown of 2020. The Dumpling Shack Group’s R&D chef Haydon Wong had developed the perfect crisp chicken paired with classic Sichuan flavours and that ‘mala’ sensation. There were 2 hour queues for the fried chicken sandwiches and off the back of that pop up they opened their first Sichuan Fry location in Dumpling Shack’s spiritual home, London Fields.
Open for eat in, take away and delivery.
